HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Prior to confirming your order, you'll be able to select expedited delivery options and review the prices for each option.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order within 14 business days after it is submitted. Keep in mind that packages aren't transported over weekends or local public holidays.

Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Selectron Watch's, and the courier's, control.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately, due to shipping exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time.

We also cannot ship directly to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at these drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use the link provided to track delivery progress with the courier.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

We primarily use DHL Express and FedEx for international shipments. The available courier options may vary depending on your delivery location.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES?

Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Selectron Watch has no control over these charges.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

Contact our Customer Service team at contact@selectronwatch.com as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
